We primarily operate by appointment, but feel free to contact us to ask about same-day availability.

You’re welcome to bring a guest for support, but please limit it to one person due to studio space.

Please discuss the use of numbing cream with your artist directly before your appointment. We recommend you do not purchase numbing cream without first consulting with your artists. Patch tests must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure it is safe to use on your skin. If you turn up to your appointment having used numbing cream without consulting your artist, you may be turned away and lose your deposit.
