Welcome to the Lucky Bird Tattoo Studio website (“Site”). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments require a valid booking through our approved channels (e.g., online booking system, email, or in person).

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

  • If we need to reschedule your appointment (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Studio Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old and bring valid photo identification to your appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

  • You may bring one guest with you, but please note that studio space is limited.

  • No food or drink is allowed in the tattoo area.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

  • All equipment is sterilised and all procedures comply with local health regulations.

Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, tattoos are performed at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for complications or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • We reserve the right to photograph tattoos for our portfolio and social media. If you do not consent, please inform your artist.

Payments

  • Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and most major debit/credit cards.

  • Prices may vary depending on design, size, and time required.
